Job Position: Data Entry Operator
- Shift: 2nd Shift | Tuesday – Saturday | 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Starting Pay: $21.25 per hour
- Incentives: Attendance bonus and a $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift workers.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 1 year of experience as a shipping/receiving clerk, with knowledge of WMS, BOL, and manifesting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills.

Role Overview
As a Data Entry Operator, you’ll be responsible for entering and managing data efficiently and accurately. Your role will be key in ensuring the smooth processing of essential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting, reviewing, and verifying data in an electronic format
- Comparing data entries with source documents to detect errors and correcting discrepancies
- Maintaining and updating control records, procedural lists, and coding systems
- Compiling performance data and preparing various reports
- Responding to customer requests for specific data
- Ensuring data is processed in a timely manner
Skills and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-12 months in data entry, system reporting, or warehouse operations
- Exceptional multi-tasking and organization skills
- Capable of thriving under pressure
- Goal-oriented and passionate
