- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
- Provide first aid and emergency assistance as needed until professional help arrives
- Monitor and control access to the premises by verifying the identity of individuals and issuing access passes
- Ensure that unauthorized individuals are not permitted entry and address any security breaches
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and security breaches in detail
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while interacting with the public and enforcing security policies.
